Do you want to play a key role in shaping the digital future of responsible banking in a cooperative with a strong purpose? We are now looking for a combined role: Business Solution Specialist & Product Owner Deposit and Factoring to join our Group Functions Business IT department. In this role, you will work part time as a Business Solution Specialist and part time as a Product Owner for Deposit and Factoring.

This is what you will do
As a Business Solution Specialist within Group Functions Business IT, you will work closely with Lantmännen Finans, our authorized credit market company within the group. Your focus will be to ensure that the systems supporting banking, financing, and deposit services are efficient, secure, and scalable. You will gather requirements from the business, analyze and translate them into clear system specifications and manage the dialogue with internal IT resources and external vendors.

As a Product Owner for Deposit and Factoring, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of the products andmake sure that the products follow current laws and regulations.

For both roles, your day-to-day work includes system analysis, coordination with IT teams and external suppliers, testing and continuous improvement. You are the key contact point between business and IT and will be instrumental in driving improvements in the systems.

You will report to the Head of Group Functions Business IT. The role is based in Stockholm and includes some travel.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have

  • A relevant university degree within business, finance or IT or equivalent experience.
  • A few years of experience working in a role between business and IT, preferably as an application consultant, service manager, project manager, superuser, IT/business architect or finance professional with a strong system focus.
  • Experience working in a banking, insurance or finance-related environment.
  • Solid understanding of how to translate business needs into structured IT requirements.
  • Experience with requirements analysis, prioritization, solution design, and testing.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
