As Compliance Manager EU & NA you will lead the work of shaping a robust compliance and internal control framework across our global operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure integrity and efficiency while driving initiatives that safeguard our business and support sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Compliance Manager EU & NA, you will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of our compliance program and internal control framework across all regions where Acne Studios operates. Reporting to the Group Accounting & Compliance Director, you will ensure that our business runs with integrity, efficiency, and adherence to global and local regulations.

You will play a vital role in:

Global Compliance Framework

• Develop and maintain a robust compliance program aligned with global and local policies
• Drive enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead internal audits and investigations related to compliance breaches

Internal Control System

• Design, implement, and oversee the Group’s internal control framework to safeguard operations and mitigate risk
• Partner with Finance and Operations to embed controls into key processes (procurement, retail operations, development, inventory, tax, treasury, financial reporting)
• Perform regular reviews and testing of controls, recommending improvements and corrective actions

Training & Awareness

• Deliver global compliance training to ensure understanding of policies and ethical practices
• Foster a strong compliance culture across all business units

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare compliance and internal control reports for senior management and the Board
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries across the Group

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal controls, or risk management—ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods
• Strong understanding of global compliance standards and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
