The role
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the backbone of our financial administration. Your mission? To ensure that every invoice is processed accurately and on time, creating a transparent and reliable financial foundation for our organization. You’ll work closely with different departments, manage vendor data, and keep our accounts payable administration perfect shape.

Are you ready to take ownership and make our finance flow seamlessly?
Your eye for detail and organizational skills will shine as you process incoming invoices and financial data with precision, maintain and update the accounts payable ledger, and support other departments with administrative tasks when needed. You will manage vendor master data, ensure correct coding of invoices, prepare weekly and monthly reports on outstanding invoices, and communicate open items to department leads. You will also play an active role in improving processes and supporting the finance department in planning and organizing.

You
You are proactive, accurate, and thrive in a structured environment. You know how to keep things organized and communicate clearly with stakeholders. You are not afraid to take initiative, and you love working with numbers. You have completed an MBO or higher education in finance and have at least three years of experience in accounts payable. Experience with SAP is a strong advantage, and you are fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. Integrity, planning and organization, and persistence are qualities that define you and help you succeed in this role.

-We are founded in 1992.
-We introduced our iconic green reusable plastic crates (RPCs) in the 90's, which became a staple in the transportation and storage of fresh produce across Europe.
-In the mid-2000s, we implemented RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) technology to track and trace our RPCs more efficiently.
-In 2021 we started using the first recycled folding trays.
-We’ve got over 70 service centres all over Europe – you can find us in most countries. So, wherever you are in Europe, our efficient network has got you covered.
-Through new technologies and knowledge, we were able to lower our washing temperature in 2022 which resulted in significant reduction of between 47% and 52% in our gas consumption.
-In 2017 we agreed that we want to reduce our carbon footprint by 20% by 2025 by implementing several improvement projects.
