Sales Engineer - Swine

Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle—partnering closely with Account Executives to understand customer challenges, conduct deep‑dive demos, design tailored solutions using Amino, and help customers evaluate ROI and operational improvements.

You will play a critical role in bridging customer needs with product capabilities, ensuring a world‑class pre‑sales experience and a smooth transition to Customer Success upon deal closure.

What You’ll Do

Technical Presales Support

  • Join sales cycles during the technical discovery phase.
  • Deliver engaging, insightful demos tailored to customer pain points (uniformity, cost inefficiencies, production challenges, data visibility, etc.).
  • Lead proof‑of‑concept (POC) engagements and guide customers through technical validation.

Solution Architecture & Documentation

  • Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable technical documentation.
  • Build ROI models and technical comparisons to quantify the value of Amino.
  • Develop demo scripts and internal handoff materials for Customer Success.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with AEs, Product Owners, Customer Success, and the broader commercial team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders and provide feedback on market needs.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure customers fully understand product capabilities and how Amino fits their operational workflows.
  • Represent MTech as a trusted technical advisor.

What Success Looks Like

  • Achieving technical wins during POCs.
  • High customer satisfaction ratings (3–4 months post‑sale).
  • On‑time completion of POCs and technical evaluations.
  • Accurate, timely demo scripts and documentation used across the sales team.
  • Strong adoption metrics through effective technical storytelling.

Skills & Requirements

    Who You Are

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Based in the EMEA region with professional English proficiency.
    • Strong technical foundation in areas such as cloud environments, databases, systems engineering, or data analytics.
    • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and compelling customer narratives.
    • Comfortable working across multiple time zones (EMEA + some APAC support).
    • Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
    • Passion for technology and continuous learning.

    Preferred Experience

    • Exposure to agriculture, poultry, livestock, or food production industries.
    • Prior presales experience OR technical engineering background (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, etc.).
    • Experience conducting product demos or technical presentations.
    • Arabic language skills (not required but valuable).

    Work Environment & Expectations

    • Remote role with up to 30% travel depending on customer needs.
    • Flexible schedule required based on customer and region demands.
    • Close collaboration with Sales Engineers in APAC for training (especially early in ramp).
    • Expect a structured 90‑day onboarding focused on product and industry knowledge before leading customer demos independently.
