The SMB segment is the core of Dustin’s business and targets all customers up to 500 employees, including transactional and relation sales. With a large customer base, a fully functioning and utilized CRM is necessary in order for SMB to monitor and nurture its customers. The CRM-system today is a moderately used resource with a lot of developing potential. The ideal candidate finds it interesting to leverage Dustin’s existing CRM and to be the hub that helps the company discover hidden opportunities. Your role will be to act as a link between Sales and IT, making sure we have the right channel strategy and that the overall process is efficient and adding value. The main goal is to increase our sales and margin, but also to support the customer journey working closely with Sales, Marketing, IT and Analytics.

My name is Louise Marquardt and I am head of the Business Development & Analytics team, to which I am looking for the next star as we are growing the team. With a background in management consulting, I believe in a pragmatic approach to strategy and business development where real business impact and value creation guide our work and priorities. As a CRM business developer, you will play an important role in extracting the potential of our CRM and improving the sales team’s way of working and processes. With a positive can-do attitude and curiosity, in combination with a data driven approach to problem solving and a dedication to winning as a team there are no limits to what can be achieved in this role.

Key responsibilities in driving the development of CRM and the sales process

  • Gather and analyze various data to uncover insights and innovative solutions that help the business
  • Create, lead and manage all aspects of a project (from identifying opportunities to securing results)
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Routinely prioritize; balancing the pursuit of opportunity and the application of resources appropriately for maximum benefit to the business
  • Work tightly together with the sales teams and build relationships across teams and departments on a Nordic level, including being the link between sales and other parts of the organization

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering
  • Business fluency in English is required
  • 2+ years of business development or related relevant experience such as CRM, sales, business controlling (close to sales)
  • Result- and solution oriented. Self-motivated and energetic individual with a high level of initiative
  • Like to engage in other people’s situation and try to help them reach their goals and ability to drive change trough others. As close cooperation both with sales as well as marketing and IT is needed to succeed, a good ability to build relationships is important
  • Being a great team- and project manager with good ability to cooperate
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
