The SMB segment is the core of Dustin’s business and targets all customers up to 500 employees, including transactional and relation sales. With a large customer base, a fully functioning and utilized CRM is necessary in order for SMB to monitor and nurture its customers. The CRM-system today is a moderately used resource with a lot of developing potential. The ideal candidate finds it interesting to leverage Dustin’s existing CRM and to be the hub that helps the company discover hidden opportunities. Your role will be to act as a link between Sales and IT, making sure we have the right channel strategy and that the overall process is efficient and adding value. The main goal is to increase our sales and margin, but also to support the customer journey working closely with Sales, Marketing, IT and Analytics.
