Planhat is looking for a Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and experimentation. This is a unique role for someone entrepreneurial — a developer/product hybrid who wants to ship fast, own impactful projects, and help us scale through smart internal tools, growth applications, and next-gen AI capabilities.
What you’ll work on
- Build and launch growth-focused applications that support our GTM motion (inside and outside the Planhat application)
- Develop internal tools and AI-applications that increase efficiency across teams
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, and CS to identify high-leverage opportunities
- Own projects end-to-end: exploration → prototype → build → ship → iterate
Skills & Requirements
Who you are
- Experience (and talent) building and shipping full-stack products
- Fluent in modern frontend (Vue/React) and backend development
- Product-minded — you think in terms of user experience, value, and outcomes
- Entrepreneurial: self-directed, scrappy, creative
- An independent thinker who experiments, questions assumptions, and moves fast
- Comfortable wearing many hats and working across ambiguous problem spaces
