Sous Chef – Huset Restaurant

Huset Restaurant, one of the most renowned fine dining destinations in Svalbard, is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the team.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining
- Solid understanding of modern cooking techniques
- Knowledge of fermentation and preservation methods is a strong advantage
- Creativity, precision, and a deep respect for ingredients
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
