Job Summary
We are seeking a Car Painter who will be working with our Hypercar production. Main focus will be to prepare and paint components and vehicles to achieve Zenvo’s required cosmetic and durability standards, including special finishes and bespoke customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, priming) for paint application.
- Mix and apply primers, base coats, clear coats and special finishes according to specifications.
- Perform polishing and finishing to remove minor defects and achieve show-car quality where required.
- Mask vehicles and components to protect non-painted areas.
- Record materials used and work performed for traceability.
- Maintain paint booths, equipment and tools to required cleanliness and safety standards.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations (PPE, ventilation, handling of chemicals).
- Provide feedback on paint processes, materials and colour development.
Qualifications
- Vocational training as an automotive painter or refinisher.
- Experience in high-end automotive, custom cars, or similar paint environment.
- Experience with complex colour and effect paints is a plus.
- Excellent paint application and surface preparation skills.
- Very high attention to cosmetic detail.
- Knowledge of paint systems, curing, and environmental conditions.
- Steady, precise hand and good visual judgement of colour and finish.

Just 100 Aurora models will be built and will mark the start of the future of Zenvo’s intentions as Denmark’s only hypercar brand.
