The Fabricator is responsible for producing precision metal components, assemblies, and structures. This role ensures to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and accuracy, supporting both prototype builds and series production.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and fabrication specifications to manufacture parts and components.
Perform cutting, shaping, welding, and finishing of metals and composites to exact tolerances.
Operate fabrication tools and machinery.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve design and manufacturing challenges.
Conduct inspections during and after fabrication to verify dimensional accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement in fabrication techniques, tools, and processes.
Support prototype builds, test projects, and limited series production as required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical understanding of fabrication, welding, and assembly methods.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD designs.
Precision craftsmanship with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Experience & Qualifications
Background in fabrication, welding, or precision metalworking preferably within automotive, aerospace, or similar industries.

A V12 quad-turbocharged hypercar packaged in a sophisticated yet beautiful, carbon monocoque chassis. Just 100 Aurora models will be built and will mark the start of the future of Zenvo’s intentions as Denmark’s only hypercar brand.
