Job Summary
We are seeking an Upholstery Technician who will be working with our Hypercar production. Main focus will be to produce and install high-end interior trim, upholstery and soft components that reflect Zenvo’s craftsmanship and design intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, sew and assemble leather, Alcantara and other trim materials according to patterns and specifications.
- Upholster seats, panels, consoles and other interior components.
- Install interior assemblies into vehicles with correct fit, alignment and quality.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to achieve required aesthetics.
- Care for materials (storage, handling) to avoid damage and waste.
- Provide feedback on patterns, materials and assembly methods for continuous improvement.
- Maintain tools (sewing machines, cutting equipment) and keep work area in excellent condition.
Qualifications
- Vocational training in upholstery, saddlery, interior trimming or similar.
- Proven experience in high-end automotive, marine, furniture or leather goods upholstery.
- Experience with exotic materials is an advantage.
- Exceptional craftsmanship and eye for detail.
- Strong hand-sewing and machine-sewing skills.
- Good spatial sense and understanding of shapes and surfaces.

A V12 quad-turbocharged hypercar packaged in a sophisticated yet beautiful, carbon monocoque chassis. Just 100 Aurora models will be built and will mark the start of the future of Zenvo’s intentions as Denmark’s only hypercar brand.
