CRM Specialist ( Vend B2B CRM Team)

Schibsted & Vend Polska is a joint venture between two leading Nordic entities – a major media house, Schibsted, and a dynamic marketplace leader, Vend. With over 300 software engineers in Kraków and Gdańsk, we provide high-quality technological solutions that support the operations and innovations of both parent companies.

ABOUT THE TEAM

You will join the Vend B2B CRM Team, a cross-Nordic unit that plays a central role in enabling scalable, data-driven sales and marketing operations across Vend. The team consists of seven members: Head of CRM, Product Owner – Sales & Finance, Product Owner – Marketing, Technical Lead, two Software Engineers, and you — the Senior CRM Specialist.

We work in an Agile Scrum setup with CI/CD delivery. As part of the Sales Insights organization, CRM is one of three core domains (CRM, BI, Data-Driven Sales). This means you collaborate daily with BI Developers, Data Architects, Data and Product Analysts, and Business Developers — an environment rich in expertise, learning, and shared ownership.

We meet regularly in Oslo, Stockholm, and Kraków to strengthen relationships, foster trust, and have fun — escape rooms, team dinners, sports, or just relaxed time together. Twice a year, the entire Sales Insights group (26 people) meets for strategic alignment and knowledge sharing. The broader Marketing & Sales organization also gathers for quarterly recognitions and the annual Sales Awards.

This culture is built on psychological safety, curiosity, respect, and shared ambition to deliver meaningful value.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior CRM Specialist, you act as both a technical expert and a functional SME, bridging business needs with CRM capabilities. You work independently to drive improvements, analyse pain points, and identify opportunities — while collaborating closely with Product Owners to define how CRM should support end users.

This role combines technical depth with business-facing responsibility. You won’t decide the development team’s backlog or priorities; instead, you partner with Product Owners, the Head of CRM, and other stakeholders to ensure CRM processes, logic, and features are well-defined, feasible, and aligned with broader business goals. You also help developers understand what to build and why, ensuring clarity, quality, and functional correctness.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the functional and technical SME for CRM, shaping how the platform should behave from a user and process perspective.
  • Working independently to analyse requirements, identify improvements, and propose CRM solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Owners to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional designs.
  • Guiding developers by clarifying CRM processes, requirements, and intended business outcomes.
  • Maintaining strong CRM domain knowledge across sales, marketing, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Driving adoption, usability improvements, and process optimisation through metrics, dashboards, and CRM usage insights.
  • Supporting integration considerations and ensuring functional alignment across systems in a CI/CD environment.
  • Staying informed about new CRM vendor capabilities and identifying opportunities for enhancements.
  • Participating in UAT, workshops, and the creation of training materials and documentation.
  • Contributing to data quality routines, validation rules, and business logic improvements.
  • Providing 2nd-line support and managing issue triage, bug tracking, and follow-up.

This role requires initiative, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams — reflecting Vend’s values of Unite, Dare, Deliver.

ABOUT YOU

You have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • 1–4 years of experience in a similar role (CRM Specialist, System Analyst, Business Analyst).
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM configuration, data model, integrations, and security structure.
  • Experience working in agile teams and CI/CD-driven environments.
  • Excellent English skills (C1+), both written and spoken.
  • A structured, analytical approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders.

It’s great if you also have:

  • Certifications in Dynamics CE/CRM.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments (300+ CRM users).
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS-based organisations.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, release management, or CI/CD practices.
  • Exposure to technologies such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, or Snowflake.

We work in a hybrid way and would like to catch up with you at our vibrant and colourful office in Kraków 2 days per week. This allows for collaboration and meaningful connections with the team. If you’re not the working-from-home kind of person, you are of course welcome in our office every day!
