
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Operations Analyst to drive business value from Salesforce across all revenue-generating functions. The role is a business and sales-focused, ensuring Salesforce enables sales effectiveness and revenue growth through optimized processes, structured data and actionable insights.
You will own the business roadmap for Salesforce, prioritize enhancements that impact revenue teams, and lead change management to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes. Success means better forecasting, cleaner data, and streamlined workflows for sales and customer-facing teams.
