This position reports to the Operations Manager and will work in the Big Prairie, OH location.

- Assisting with design and development of updated production testers
- Building, wiring and troubleshooting production testers
- Update testers that is currently using outdated PLC equipment
Your main responsibilities
- Understand the various product lines
- Assist Manufacturing Engineer with building, wiring, programming and documenting various testers

Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualifications and experiences:
- Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
- Coursework related to the internship role (Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering)
- Must have some knowledge of wiring diagrams/schematics
- Must be able to assist with documentation for future troubleshooting needs
To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in tools or software relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft Office, programming languages, AutoCAD)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
