This position reports to the Director of Product Testing, Regulatory, and Compliance and will work in Elkhart, IN.

- Project Overview: Development of monitoring systems for field trials.
- Project Measurables: At least one completed design (preferably several) with at least one working unit constructed.
- Anticipated Deliverable: At least one working monitoring system
Your main responsibilities
- Design monitoring system (s)
- Document technical details for system (s).
- Sourcing of parts necessary for monitoring system (s).
- Assembly of at least one monitoring system.

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualifications and experiences:
- Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
- Coursework related to the internship role (e.g. Electrical Engineering)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Project development experience
To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in tools or software relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft Office, programming languages, AutoCAD).
- Soft Skills: Self-starter who works well independently, strong problem solving and analytical skills, a passion for learning and a willingness to go in the lab and figure it out.
