Your work will enable key capabilities such as personalization, editorial insights, A/B testing, and audience engagement.
You will ensure trustworthy, consistent data across products by implementing and maintaining tracking and event pipelines. Working closely with analysts, data scientists, and product teams, you’ll deliver solutions aligned with business goals and support exploratory tasks to make data accessible through tools like Tableau, Amplitude, Kilkaya, and Streamlit.
You will also lead complex data architecture initiatives, contribute to team standards, and mentor other engineers.

Your curiosity and strong business sense help you spot opportunities where data can unlock value, and you navigate complexity with clarity and transparency.
You’re a great fit for the role if you:
Your technical expertise supports your ability to drive business value, and your way of working is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and connecting teams and ideas.
Why we enjoy working here:
At Schibsted, we value openness, curiosity, and collaboration. You’ll join a diverse and inclusive workplace that encourages bold thinking and continuous learning. Our work directly supports public interest journalism, and we take that responsibility seriously.

For nearly two centuries, our journalism has empowered people, built communities, exposed abuses of power, and strengthened democracies. Our democracies depend on independent journalism. That’s our business.
