We are currently hiring a Sales Development Representative to be based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

About the Job

As a Sales Development Representative at Epassi, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth by initiating conversations with SME, Mid-Cap, and Enterprise businesses. Your mission is to help organisations simplify benefits administration, improve wellbeing, and unlock the full potential of their benefits offering.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many businesses, responsible for building relationships and nurturing prospects through to qualified meetings with our Business Development Directors. In addition, you will support lead generation activities across Epassi’s portfolio, ensuring a strong pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Outbound B2B appointment setting with key stakeholders across target accounts.
  • Manage and re-engage a pipeline of existing and past prospects, nurturing them to stakeholder meetings.
  • Generate and qualify leads for Epassi’s Enterprise Sales team, ensuring accurate handover and CRM updates.
  • Work closely with Marketing to grow the leads pipeline and maximise visibility in the employee benefits and wellbeing space.
  • Book meetings with companies (typically 250+ employees) through proactive outbound activity.
  • Achieve monthly targets to support overall commercial objectives.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events.

Key Competencies required for the role

  • Tele Sales: Skilled at opening doors, gaining attention, and securing appointments.
  • Commercial Awareness: Able to gain a deep understanding of the needs of the prospects and ensure that sales calls have the desired outcome
  • Self starter: Results-focused and proactive in driving activity.
  • Business Intelligence: Learn Epassi’s products and services, everything about the competition and market, understand our competitive advantages and USPs.
  • Technology: Adept in using all standard MS Office systems. CRM experience (e.g. Hubspot) is desirable but not essential.
  • Drive, Energy and Determination: Winning mentality, high energy, and tenacity to achieve goals.
  • Values: Live and breathe Epassi’s values, focused on client experience and growth.


Key Skills

  • 1 years+ experience in B2B sales or lead generation desirable
  • Confident and effective communicator on the phone and via digital channels.
  • Persistent, patient, and relationship-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage day/week/month planning effectively.
  • Skilled in social selling, leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms to engage prospects.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to change, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated by targets and performance metrics.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven, eager to make an impact.
