Job Description

Remedy Entertainment, the creator of Control®, Max Payne®, Alan Wake®, and one of the leading independent game studios in the world, is looking for an Office Assistant to support us in creating high-quality gaming experiences for the next generation of games.

At Remedy in the role of Office Assistant, you will have an essential and versatile role in supporting our creative and dynamic studio. You will be a central person with many connection points to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. No day is the same in game development, and together with our helpful Office team, you will work high and low to assist where necessary.

This role is a permanent position and the preferred start date would be early 2026. The role will be based full-time in our Espoo office, and our reception is open every weekday from 8:00 until 16:00, so these would be your working hours as well.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• In this role you will, together with our Office team, keep the office running on a day-to-day basis. For example, accepting and receiving shipments, keeping our cafeteria stocked and helping personnel in the building with various tasks.
• Be present and approachable in our reception for guests and employees.
• Support in planning, booking and hosting a variety of events.
• Be the contact person for building cleaning and maintenance services.
• When needed, support with document filing, travel and meeting arrangements.
• Plan, order and distribute office supplies.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• You have similar work experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Customer Service Specialist, where excellent service has been the focus. Beneficial, but not a requirement, is a passion for games and/or experience from the game industry.
• You have experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• You are used to operating in an international environment and have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English and Finnish.
• You are service-minded, outgoing, have an easily approachable demeanor and are always trying to find the best solution.
• You thrive working in a team environment, sharing ideas and learning from others. You are used to collaborating with colleagues across different departments and you are able to communicate and present your ideas in a clear and coherent way. As a team member, you are dedicated to contributing towards a friendly and inclusive work environment.
• You can work independently, be proactive and organized, while also being able to pay attention to details and document your work.
