We are currently hiring a Senior Account Manager to be based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Role Purpose

To work with large and complex UK-based organisations, shaping how Epassi products support your customers to achieve their strategic business goals, working alongside multi-layered HR and Reward structures. This role is about strategic partnership, high-level influence, and demonstrating value to multiple stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

·Build strong, consultative relationships with senior HR, Reward, and Benefits leaders.

·Lead structured reviews with clear action plans and executive-level reporting.

·Proactively identify opportunities for cross-sell and long-term growth.

·Ensure seamless onboarding and programme rollout across large, dispersed employee bases.

·Navigate complex internal structures with multiple HR stakeholders and decision-makers.

Career History / Profile

You’re likely coming from an Enterprise SaaS, HRTech, or employee benefits background. You’ll be confident holding the attention of senior HR leaders, comfortable with boardroom discussions, and experienced at managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and polished communication are crucial.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record in successful Partnership, Customer Success and/or Account Management roles.

Touchpoints

  • Executive briefings with HRDs/Reward Directors.
  • Regular engagement with Benefits Managers and Employee Wellbeing specialists.
  • Oversight of internal comms and launch campaigns across the customer.
  • Collaboration with internal Epassi teams (marketing, data, tech) to deliver customer value.

Success Measures

  • High customer retention – gross and net.
  • Additional growth through selling other Epassi offerings.
  • End user engagement such as platform usage and uptake of benefits.
  • Positive senior stakeholder feedback.
