Yes, variety is key; you will spread joy and wellbeing around the office, be a part of welcoming new members of the Lime-team, event planning, coordinating trips and parties for up to 500 amazing coworkers, making the office look its best, some project management and different administrative tasks (a little bit of everything to be honest). If you are a bit tech-savvy - you will fit right in!
Of course, you are not alone in this, but many of the tasks you are performing, requires you to be independent and be able to plan and carry through your own projects or tasks.
This is a permanent position that will start with a probationary period and will be placed in Lund. This is a fully on-site position, so you will be present every day at work. Some travel to our other offices in Sweden or our other countries will occur.

Skills & Requirements
To be able to master this like a pro, you must:
- Have completed upper secondary school
- Be structured and like things neat, which makes administration, like handling bookings, events and purchases, easy for you
- Be a person who creates a good vibe around you; maybe you're into and have strengths in baking, fun after work activities, games, fixing dinners and other mood strengtheners
- Make visitors and new employees feel welcome
- Be efficient and have cost awareness
- Be a great coordinator who keeps your head cool in stressful situations
- Be flexible and able to change rapidly
- Swedish and English fluently
Other things that are nice to have:
- You might have studied more, for example something like Service Management
- Have experience as a host/hostess/event coordinator
- Have some experience in project management
- Some experience in decorating
