📢 We’re looking for an HR Intern to join our Attraction team in Madrid, working in a hybrid format. 💼✨
What You’ll Do:
✅ Support recruitment processes for tech profiles, from job postings to interview coordination.
✅ Contribute to the implementation and improvement of talent management policies (onboarding, development, engagement).
✅ Collaborate with international teams on employer branding and culture initiatives.
✅ Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics.
✅ Help drive diversity, equity, and inclusion projects.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Final-year student or enrolled in a Master’s program in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹 High level of English (minimum B2) to work with international teams.
🔹 Interest in the tech sector and motivation to learn about IT profiles.
🔹 Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
🔹 Ability to sign an internship agreement with an educational institution.
Nice to Have:
📊 Basic knowledge of talent management policies.
🧠 Interest in agile methodologies and digital culture.
📈 Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment.
