Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Hudson Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. Leveraging your exceptional sales and communication skills, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding existing client accounts.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Proactively prospecting and generating leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients

  • Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the recruitment, operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
