We are currently hiring a Product Manager to be based in one of our offices in Leatherhead or Haywards Heath (Hybrid)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Manager who is responsible for our Employee Management and Data domain. This domain sits at the heart of our proposition — enabling seamless HRIS integrations, incredible people team experiences, powerful driven employee insights and AI driven support.
This role will be ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, can abstract and deconstruct problems into reusable solutions, and is passionate about delivering elegant, data-driven AI products that scale. It will require the successful candidate to blend strategic vision with a practical and hands on approach to delivery.
