Country Quality Manager

As Country Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products, processes, and suppliers meet the highest food safety and quality standards. You will lead and support local quality teams and work closely with production, R&D, procurement, and group quality functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- ·Lead and develop the quality agenda for our two production sites in Oslo & Moss .
- ·Ensure compliance with food safety standards (including BRC, HACCP, and local legislation).
- ·Manage audits (internal, external, and customer) and ensure follow-up of corrective actions.
- ·Oversee approval and release of new suppliers and traded goods.
- ·Handle product claims and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- ·Support product development and production teams in launching new and reformulated products.
- ·Represent Norway in the Nordic Quality Management network within Lantmännen Cerealia

Your Profile
We are looking for a structured, proactive, and hands-on leader with a strong background in food quality and safety.
You have:
- ·A university degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or equivalent.
- ·3-5 years of experience in quality management within the food industry.
- ·Solid understanding of BRC, HACCP, and food safety systems.
- ·Experience with supplier approval processes and traded goods management.
- ·Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
- ·Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
