We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The role can be based in one of our offices in Bremen or Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid)
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent across all functions of our business. You will support recruitment across our entire group, which spans multiple countries and departments.
You’ll be part of our global People & Culture team, made up of 30+ professionals across seven countries. Altogether, we are almost 1,000 Epassians—and we’re growing rapidly!
You will play a crucial role in building our teams by leading talent acquisition efforts, sourcing candidates, and facilitating the hiring process in cooperation with line managers and People & Culture colleagues. As we continue to grow, this role offers potential for expanding responsibilities in the future.
