
As a Customer Manager, you'll own revenue outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers. You'll work at the intersection of product adoption, customer insight, and commercial execution, driving the retention and expansion decisions that determine long-term business success.
This isn’t traditional account management. You’ll own NRR targets, identify and capture expansion opportunities, and be accountable for revenue retained and grown. As a trusted advisor to revenue leaders, you’ll help them translate strategy into measurable outcomes while strengthening the commercial muscle that defines great CS teams.

You've been consistently promoted and entrusted with increasing responsibility - bonus points if that includes management or revenue ownership. You have a winner's mentality, with a track record in competitive sports, academics, or other arenas that proves you're top talent who rises to every challenge. You're now ready to channel that drive into customer growth and revenue ownership.
