
As a Customer Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer outcomes and revenue growth across our strategic portfolio. You’ll work at the intersection of product adoption, customer insight, and commercial execution, helping teams make decisions that define long term success.
This is a core function at Planhat. As part of the team closest to our customers, you’ll help turn insight into impact, adoption into growth, and relationships into revenue. You’ll operate at the heart of our business, where data, execution, and customer value come together to drive lasting success.
You will:
You have 2–3 years in a high-performance environment — consulting, finance, SaaS, or a similarly demanding field — where clear thinking, fast execution, and accountability were non-negotiable. You’re ready to apply that mindset to driving adoption, solving customer challenges, and building commercial impact.
You’ll thrive here if you are:
This role is a launchpad into a commercial career in SaaS. Within 12–18 months, you’ll be ready to own your own portfolio, NRR targets, and expansion strategy as a Customer Manager. You’ll have learned how to turn data into action, conversations into value, and customers into long-term revenue partners.
