
As Regional Manager, you act as the second in command to the LPR Managing Director within your assigned region. You oversee day-to-day operational and support functions while ensuring the successful implementation of the comapny’s strategy.
Your mission is to lead regional teams toward profitable and sustainable growth, driving operational excellence, commercial development, and employee engagement in alignment with LPR’s strategic goals and SHEQ standards.

To succeed as a Regional Manager at LPR, you will bring a strong combination of strategic vision, leadership, and commercial acumen.
You have a Master’s or Engineering degree and at least eight years of proven experience in commercial and supply chain management, ideally within the FMCG or retail logistics sector.
You understand complex business environments and have a solid grasp of financial, operational, and customer dynamics.
Your experience in multicultural and matrix organizations enables you to operate effectively across cultures and markets.
You are recognized for your ability to lead and develop people, driving performance through motivation, empowerment, and trust.
With strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills, you make data-driven decisions that foster sustainable growth.
Fluency in English and the local language of your region, are essential to thrive in this role.
