As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the primary support for our Retail Sales Managers, providing day-to-day sales administration across key retail accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a retail account and deliver against agreed KPIs, all while developing your skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM and customer account files
- Manage pricing administration and ensure accuracy in customer terms and promotional payments
- Coordinate multi-level customer engagement and support promotional planning
- Develop and manage weekly sales and waste trackers
- Collaborate with demand planners and use forecasting tools to support production planning
- Conduct retail store audits and manage sample requests
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a sales admin environment (desirable)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and a great relationship builder
- Proactive, results-focused, and able to work well under pressure
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of the UK retail frozen food industry (preferable)
