Manager for supporting the BeNeLux countries.

As the Sales Manager Benelux you will be fully responsible for driving growth, profitability, and strategic development of our vehicle aftermarket sales operations across the Benelux region. You will lead a dedicated Sales team, manage key customer relationships, and ensure strong market positioning through data-driven decision-making, competitive analysis, and effective sales strategies.

Your main responsibilities

  • Full P&L responsibility for the vehicle aftermarket business in the Benelux region
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share across all target markets
  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers; represent the company at annual customer meetings and major industry fairs
  • The role includes own key customer responsibilities and direct sales efforts
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales team
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis; identify and close white spots; execute GAP analyses
  • Together with marketing develop and implement local marketing plans, sales campaigns, and action plans tailored to each market
  • Execute regional business plans and establish effective channel management structures
  • Set pricing strategies and maintain a competitive discount matrix
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including preparing accurate and timely sales reports

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be a the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent education
  • Strong knowledge of the vehicle sales and aftermarket industries
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, including leadership of a sales team
  • Strong capabilities in competitive analysis and interpretation of market indicators
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with a hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux region
  • Proactive decision-maker with a high sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Any of German/French/Italian are a plus
