Fullstack Engineer (1-year project-based, Python/Django)

We’re looking for a Full-stack Engineer who will be part of our Engineering team, but work closely with Customer Success in the day-to-day. In this role you’ll be close to our customers, their real problems and opportunities — while collaborating with engineers to turn recurring, manual workflows into smart, automated solutions that make both our CS team and our users more efficient.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate closely with our Engineering and Customer Success teams to automate workflows, streamline data handling, and create technical solutions that reduce manual work. You’ll write scripts, build integrations, and help shape how Jobylon operates more efficiently, both internally and for our customers.
What you’ll do
- Write and maintain Python scripts to automate recurring or manual tasks.
- Develop automations and internal tools that simplify and improve CS workflows.
- Support CS with data exports, reporting, and other technical requests.
- Build scalable, long-term solutions (such as integrations with our CRM Planhat).
- Identify opportunities to make our processes more data-driven and efficient.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and CS to deliver practical, impactful results.

Skills & Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is
- Experienced working with Python and Django with at least 2–3 years of hands-on professional experience.
- Comfortable writing scripts or automation to solve practical problems efficiently.
- Familiar with core web technologies such as APIs, data structures and how modern web applications work.
- Analytical and creative: able to translate business needs into simple, scalable technical solutions.
- Curious about how technology drives real business value and customer outcomes.
- A strong communicator, comfortable working across teams and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, hands-on, and motivated by solving real problems that make a visible impact.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Fullstack development experience in any modern stack.
- Interest in automation, data-driven operations, and scaling processes.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) or automation frameworks.

Location: Stockholm (hybrid)
Start date: 2025-12-01 (or as soon as possible)
Contract: 1-year project employment
Salary range: 35,000 – 45,000 SEK/month
