We're building a disruptive B2B brand across web, social and traditional print media channels, embracing new methods like AI and building plug-and-play systems for GTM teams that allow us to scale high-quality output infinitely.

We're based in Planhat's London hub. Since this is a fast-paced creative role, we need you on the ground in London with us.
Role
As Planhat’s Founding Social Marketing Lead, your mandate is to build and run the distribution engine that amplifies everything Studio Planhat creates—across social platforms, influencer networks, and earned media. Your job is to make sure Planhat’s positioning, messaging, and brand don’t just exist—they move: earning attention, gathering momentum, and placing Planhat into global conversation.
This is a Lead role with real ownership. You’ll define how Planhat shows up across digital channels—social, influencer, and earned—and you’ll design the systems that scale our reach, visibility, and momentum globally. You’ll start deeply in the craft: publishing, iterating, experimenting, and learning what actually breaks through, working alongside a team of best-in-class creatives across brand, web, and motion. You’ll model what great looks like in execution—shipping real creative and copy at scale—because you know the fastest way to build the right system is to prove it works.
Bigger picture, you’re here to architect how our stories earn attention, how momentum builds, and how Planhat expands its footprint across digital networks, communities, and influencers. You’ll design the cadences, distribution loops, and amplification patterns that turn Studio Planhat’s creative output into sustained global conversation.
This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from first principles, and gets energy from making ideas travel further—and matter more—than anyone expects.

This is a founding role with meaningful room to grow.
In the early phase, your focus is on building and proving the distribution engine—owning it end-to-end, refining how it works, and demonstrating clear impact on awareness, engagement, and inbound momentum.
As the model proves itself, this role naturally expands. You’ll begin to hire and lead a small, high-performing team responsible for social, amplification, and earned distribution. Over time, you’ll own Social and Earned Media as a function—shaping not just execution, but how distribution informs creative direction, campaign planning, and how Planhat shows up culturally.
Longer term, this role sits at the centre of Planhat’s brand engine. You’ll help define how the company is seen, heard, and talked about globally—and play a key role in making Planhat one of the most recognised and respected B2B brands in the world.
