Job Description
As a Sport Instructor, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to making our customers' vacation dreams come true. Working as a sport representative, you will be the main responsible for executing sport activities at one of our Apollo Mondo or Apollo Sports hotels, ensuring an engaging and inclusive experience for customers of all ages. You will lead a variety of workouts, including yoga, core, HIIT, and Aqua, adapting to the participants' needs. In addition to sports activities, you will be part of our service team, assisting with tasks such as information meetings, service times at the hotel, and transfers.
Skills & Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Certification: Educated group training instructor with valid credentials
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in fitness training or group instruction
- Language Skills: Fluency in a Scandinavian language, along with fluent spoken and written English
- Driver’s License: Class B manual driver’s license
- Minimum age: 20
A natural sense of service is crucial for this role. As the first point of contact for customers, you will respond to their questions, fulfil their wishes, and enhance their overall experience. In addition, you should be passionate about fitness and sports and an inspiring instructor, able to teach a variety of classes to different customer groups.
Experience working as a sport instructor is a requirement. In addition, experience in the travel or service industry is highly valued, as well as relevant academic studies. Long-term experience abroad, experience working with youth or children, or fluency in another Scandinavian language will further strengthen your application and distinguish you as an ideal candidate.
