The role

The primary asset in most companies is the staff. Within Transaction Services' "People and Pension M&A" service, we offer analyses in this area. We are currently a cohesive team that is passionate about building on the offering in the area and creating value for our clients, now seeking an additional team member.

You will, together with our team, mainly support our clients with HR- and Pension due diligence (“HRDD” and “PDD”) for both buy- and sell-side transactions, and assist in HR integration and separation projects (“HR I&S”).
