You’ll lead enterprise-level implementations that combine strategic consulting, technical execution, and change management. You’ll be the bridge between vision and reality — ensuring every implementation not only launches successfully but also sets our customers up for scalable, measurable impact.

We partner with customers across industries and regions, working closely with Sales, CS, Product, Enablement & Support to ensure every engagement drives value from day one.

Location
This is a hybrid role, we are looking for some within proximity from one of our North America Hub locations (Atlanta, L.A, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia or Toronto). While part of the job can be performed remotely we value in-person connection and collaboration - expect to travel for workshops, customer sessions, and team gatherings.
US: The OTE salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a generous PTO policy, and other benefits
