About the Role
Blooper is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our facilities team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems across our sites to ensure everything operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical and technical issues to determine the best repair approach
- Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately and on time
- Assist in general facility upkeep, including minor construction, painting, and fixture repair
- Coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs when needed
- Ensure all safety standards, building codes, and company policies are followed
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls and troubleshoot problems quickly

Skills & Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in building or equipment maintenance
- Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
