About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing executive priorities, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring seamless communication across the organisation. You’ll act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, balancing competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure the efficient flow of information.

About You

You’ll also have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism.
