As we continue our rapid growth, we're now looking for a skilled and passionate Car Assembly Technician to join our dedicated workshop team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. You’ll be working at the heart of our prototype and pre-series vehicle builds, helping bring our engineering visions to life.

Your Role
As a Car Assembly Technician at Zenvo, you’ll be part of the team responsible for assembling, maintaining, and supporting some of the most advanced and exclusive vehicles in the world. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and other technicians to ensure every component fits, functions, and performs to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and structural components in prototype and production vehicles.
• Support the full vehicle build process from bare chassis to final test-ready vehicle.
• Interpret technical drawings, build documentation, and assembly instructions.
• Perform mechanical fitting, trimming, routing, and fine-tuning of high-precision components.
• Diagnose and resolve build issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Participate in testing and development activities when required.

Your Background

• Proven experience in automotive assembly, motorsport, or similar high-performance mechanical environments.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work from CAD drawings, work orders, and verbal instructions.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on quality and teamwork.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving workshop environment.
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus but not required.
