We are growing! And now looking for more talented customer care pro’s to join our team.

Our customers mean everything to us. But we know that great customer care comes from building a great team of passionate people (and having fun!).

A successful candidate masters all of the below:

  • Meeting and exceeding expectations (and of course - setting the right ones)
  • You need to be structured and have attention to detail to always be a step ahead
  • It means that you’re also proactive and passionate about service (think 5-star hotels...)
  • Native Swedish speaker and other languages a plus
  • Feel comfortable with excel sheets
  • Have a humble go-getter approach

You don’t need any experience from retail - we’re changing it anyway and we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Skills & Requirements

Our members will keep you busy and here’s what a day could look like:

  • Responding to inbound chats, emails, telephone from a lot of people who are curious to get onboard
  • Help our members with their subscriptions and size changes (upgrades and renewals are common, complaints are not so common)
  • Make sure new orders are sent out to members successfully
  • Keep our FAQs updated after what our visitors are asking for
