Koenigsegg is now looking for a Diagnostics Specialist to strengthen the interface between our development teams and the field. In this role, you will work with advanced diagnostic tools, analyze technical issues, support technicians and coordinators, and contribute to clear and structured troubleshooting methods. You will play an important part in ensuring efficient information flow, accurate issue handling, and well-documented diagnostic processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose technical issues: Independently analyze vehicle issues using diagnostic tools (e.g. CAN analyzers, oscilloscopes, voltmeters etc.) to determine root causes without relying on source code access.
  • Bridge R&D and our Legends division: Act as the main interface between development engineers and aftermarket technicians and coordinators, ensuring accurate information flow and minimizing developer involvement.
  • Triage and filter issues: Evaluate and categorize incoming technical issue reports to confirm whether they can be resolved through standard troubleshooting or needs to be escalated to development.
  • Develop troubleshooting documentation: Capture recurring issues and their resolutions in structured, easy-to-follow guides to support technicians, coordinators and dealer networks.
  • Upskill Technicians, Coordinators, and Dealerships: Develop and provide training on improved diagnostic methods, system understanding, and efficient root cause analysis
  • Feedback loop to R&D: Gather field data and user feedback to help inform about technical improvements, fault tolerance, and serviceability enhancements in future releases
  • Standardize issue reporting: Help define and improve the format and content of technical issue reports from the Legends division to make them clearer and more actionable for development engineers.
  • Participate in testing and validation: When needed, support reproduction of field issues in test environments or vehicles to assist root cause identification.
