Head of Strategy

In order to elevate and strengthen insights, you strive to improve collaboration with other disciplines at Radon. What you will be doing

  • Drive Radon’s strategic work and offering
  • Develop our strategic toolbox, processes and modules
  • Take strategic lead for 1-3 clients, working on specific briefs and proactively approaching clients with new proposals
  • Challenge clients, offering clear recommendations on how to propel brands forwards
  • Manage and lead other Radon strategists
  • Take responsibility for the quality of all strategy that leaves our house
  • Base your insights on data, client input and research
  • Work closely together with our Creative Director to integrate ways of working between strategists and creatives

Skills & Requirements

Who you are

  • Leader, communicator, inspiration
  • Experience with multinational companies
  • Varied background: business and brand strategy and a love of creativity
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills (English)
  • At least 8 years’ experience with business, brand and communication strategy
  • Last but not least... you’re kind and warm and have a can-do mindset
