We are looking for an Assistant Gift Shop Manager for Nordkapphallen for the summer season. Our Gift Shop is one of Norway's largest and has a large variety of high quality gifts and souvenirs for our visitors to bring with them as a special memory or for their friends and family back home. As Assistant Gift Shop Manager your role is to deliver a pleasant experience for our visitors and ensuring the daily operation of the department in the absence of the Gift Shop Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
As Assistant Gift Shop Manager you will be a primary support for the Gift Shop Manager and work very closely with the warehouse department, ensuring that the shop is well stocked and all employees follow daily routines and procedures. The position is mostly operational, but also includes some administrative tasks.

This position is seasonal with startup from April until mid-September 2026 with the possibility of extension or permanent position. The position will also require work on evenings, weekends and public holidays.
We provide housing in shared double/triple room. Hourly salary and compensation is base on the collective agreement Riksavtalen for Hotell og Restaurant (LO/NHO) and an addition for extra responsibilities.
