The Role
Meltwater is offering a B2B client facing role focused on driving strategy with our existing clients. Our goal is to create positive, long-lasting relationships through customer engagement and consultation in order to increase the overall value for our clients.

Our SaaS solutions service over 268,000 corporate customers worldwide, helping them understand their markets, engage with their customers and stakeholders, as well as master the new social business environment.

What To Expect As a Client Success Account Rep:

  • A customer facing role with a personal quota
  • Responsibility for increasing revenue by negotiating upsell and cross sell contracts to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Act as a consultant in order to ensure product implementation & usage
  • Represent Meltwater at client meetings on a regular basis
  • Proactively engage with Client Success colleagues across the region and share knowledge with colleagues in other offices, often involving travel.
  • Act as ambassador for client development throughout the Meltwater Group.

_Important Details_****

Experience: 0-3 years of sales or Account management experience, preferably, but not necessarily in a SaaS or similar technology solutions environment

Compensation: Base + bonuses + uncapped commission (~$109,000 OTE)

Interviews: January 2019

Start date: Early ****February 2019

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying accounts.
  • Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
  • Qualify a customer effectively and manage relationships strategically for maximum impact.
  • Become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen your product knowledge over time.
  • Self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize
  • 1-3 years sales experience
  • Track record of success
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English
