Basware Apprentice Elevate is a structured apprenticeship initiative aligned with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), a Government of India program aimed at building future-ready talent through real-time, hands-on learning.
As an apprentice at Basware, you’ll gain exposure to global business functions, workstreams, and customer environments—empowering you to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional readiness.

Skills & Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in computer science (B.Tech – CS)
- Must be eligible under NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)
- Should have no prior full-time work experience
- Available for a minimum 6-month full-time apprenticeship
- Strong passion for learning, problem-solving, and innovation
- Must not be a current or former employee of Basware
