You will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex incidents, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring service quality across critical systems. 🚀

✨ What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in environments using .NET C# and SQL Server
• Develop temporary solutions through SQL queries, ensuring compliance with established SLAs
• Analyze performance issues in C# and SQL Server proactively
• Collaborate with the development team in Brazil, sharing production incident analysis

✅ Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent training
• Strong knowledge of .NET C# and SQL Server
• Experience in incident resolution and performance analysis
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities, including the OWASP Top 10.
• Experience conducting or participating in security-focused code reviews, with attention to input validation, authentication, and data protection.
• Familiarity with integrating automated security tools (e.g., SAST, dependency scanning) into the development workflow or CI/CD pipelines.
• Spanish (C1) and English (B2) proficiency
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from the client’s offices in Madrid
• Valid work permit in Spain

• Experience resolving issues in web applications (Windows and Linux)
• Knowledge of database administration (SQL Server, MongoDB, Couchbase, Oracle)
• .NET memory dump analysis (Windows or Linux)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT)
• Understanding of Azure environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira
• Portuguese language skills
