Adtraction is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our eCommerce team

Adtraction is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our eCommerce team. You'll become part of the Nordics’ leading partner marketing platform and will be responsible for driving performance across a selected portfolio of advertiser accounts.

You’ll join a team of 9 people at our Norwegian office, which currently consists of 14 friendly and dedicated colleagues. In this role, you’ll work closely with partner managers and specialists to tailor marketing activities that drive increased sales for online stores, helping advertisers reach their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day communication with advertisers in your portfolio
  • Ensure optimal visibility for clients’ campaigns
  • Contribute to upselling and cross-selling Adtraction’s products and services
  • Grow and develop existing advertiser relationships with a focus on long-term value
  • Identify and approach potential new advertisers
  • Deliver strong results through a seamless customer experience and excellent service

Skills & Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has

  • An education in digital marketing and/or 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, consulting, or marketing
  • A good understanding of digital products
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
  • A results-driven mindset and a passion for finding great solutions for clients
  • Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
