At Lime Technologies, we’ve been building CRM systems since 1990, and today we’re over 400 colleagues across Europe. Now we’re looking for someone to take the lead of our internal IT department: someone who can lead with a clear vision while also diving into the details to make things happen.
What you’ll do
As our IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for the entire IT function at Lime. That means everything from long-term strategy to day-to-day operations, from managing people and projects to making sure our tools, platforms and infrastructure run smoothly. You’ll lead a team of 5, and work closely with our developers and DevOps engineers.
Your role will be a mix of leadership, planning, and hands-on technical work. You’ll work with cloud environments, automation, and workplace technology.
A few examples of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead and develop the IT department (both people and processes)
- Own and drive IT projects
- Manage vendor relationships and keep track of the IT budget
- Set our IT strategy and make sure we stay ahead of the curve
- Support and guide the team on technical decisions
- Work hands-on when needed
- Collaborate closely with other departments

Skills & Requirements
What we’re looking for
You have a solid background in operational IT and know how to lead both people and projects. You’re comfortable making technical decisions, guiding a team, and stepping in when hands-on work is needed. Whether it’s strategy, structure, or solving practical problems, you make things happen.
We believe you…
- Have at least 7-8 years of experience in IT, with a mix of technical and leadership responsibilities
- Have worked with cloud environments (especially AWS) and Microsoft 365 tools like Defender, Endpoint Manager, Purview and Entra ID
- Understand modern tech like containers, serverless, and CI/CD
- Are experienced in IT security and project management
- Speak fluent Swedish and English
- You’re within commuting distance to Lund with at least 3 days a week spent on-site
Bonus if you’ve got experience with automation tools like PowerShell, Python or Power Automate.
