What you’ll be doing
As Head of End User Services you will be responsible for leading and transforming our End User services.
This critical role will ensure our End User services can meet current and future business and user demands while driving seamless and efficient technology platforms. You’ll work as a line manager and be responsible for a team of experts whose work ensures our End user environment supports both current and future business needs. Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on people management, guiding the team through change and service development. Your team currently consists of 9 people.
You’ll work closely with other K IT teams and all three K Group business divisions, contributing to a seamless customer experience. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for capacity and integration, ensuring alignment with IT and business goals.
What we’re looking for
We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Strong communication skills – both in technical IT matters and when engaging with business stakeholders
- Proven people leadership experience
- Solid background in managing vendor relationships and contracts related to End user services
- Experience in implementing new services and managing teams
- 10+ years of experience in End user services area
- Fluency in English and Finnish
- Experience in leading change projects and building new capabilities
- A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuity and problem solving
- Analytical mind capable of managing numerous information sources and providing data analysis reports to senior management
- Knowledge of Retail industry and ServiceNow is considered a benefit
- Information security knowledge considered a benefit
Skills and background we value:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and traditional End User Services
- Relevant academic background (e.g., IT, Engineering, Business Information Technology)
- Valid EU work permit or visa (if applicable)
