Producer (RPG Studio)

  • Applications are considered on a rolling basis
  • Stockholm

Are you a Producer with the ability to work with art teams and passionate about making commercially successful games, with a kick ass team? We at the Rovio Stockholm RPG Studio are looking for a talented Producer to join our team. You will help bridge our teams with the right external partners while improving outsource infrastructure and practices. You are excellent at building meaningful long term relationships with external partners through honest two-way communication and trust. Practical and strategic planning without compromising quality and a perfect blend between a production artist and logistics expert, you strive at making the outsourcing and in-house experience truly world class and enjoyable for all parties involved.

The Rovio Stockholm Studio is behind the hugely popular title Angry Birds 2 and while soaring on that success we are also developing several new IPs and exploring new game ideas within the RPG genre, as well as improving and expanding Angry Birds 2 even further. In the studio, situated in the south part of the city centre, we keep a flat hierarchy, a high level of transparency and an open communication. We challenge each other and ourselves in all we do here but keep the atmosphere friendly, inclusive, respectful and super supportive.

What you’ll take under your wings:

  • Facilitate art content development and feedback between product teams and outsource partners

  • Stay on top of outsourced deliverables

  • Discover new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing partners

  • Scope, negotiate and set objectives with external partners

  • Communicating effectively with studio and project leadership on status, risks, and opportunities.

  • Work directly with the artists to provide day-to-day task guidance and clear priorities

  • Recognize areas in which team process, culture, or team morale need attention and implement action plans for improvement
