Social Media Manager - Fixed Term

We are now looking for a 5 month Strategic Social Media Manager to take ownership of our group-wide social media strategy and elevate our brand presence across all platforms. This role is ideal for a seasoned social media expert who thrives on combining creativity with data-driven decision-making to build impact at scale — for both B2C and B2B audiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and own the social media strategy across all Epassi markets and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring consistency, impact, and alignment with broader brand and business goals
  • Translate business goals into social media campaigns that support engagement, growth, lead generation, and brand positioning for both consumer and corporate audiences
  • Develop content strategies and creative briefs for campaigns in collaboration with brand, performance marketing, and local market teams
  • Oversee the content calendar, managing storytelling across multiple touchpoints and tailoring messaging for different platforms and regions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, and country teams to align messaging and amplify campaigns
  • Measure performance with purpose: Define KPIs, track results, report on metrics, and optimize content and strategy based on insights
  • Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Champion brand voice and tone, ensuring every post and interaction reflects Epassi’s values and personality

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a strategic social media or digital marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced or international setting
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful multi-market social strategies that drive both brand awareness and performance
  • Experience with paid social campaigns and working alongside media teams to optimize for engagement and conversion
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and content to suit diverse audiences and channels
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance optimization
  • Comfortable using creative tools or briefing designers to bring your vision to life
