We are looking for an Interim Head of CRM & Automation to join us starting in September, covering a parental leave for a minimum period of one year.
You will lead our dedicated CRM team and play a key role in driving innovation and value. Additionally, you will serve as the main contact for cross-functional initiatives within the organization, ensuring that the CRM strategy aligns with business goals.
Who are you?
You are a strategic and results-oriented with a passion for customer experience and marketing automations. You have a deep understanding of CRM and personalization, recognizing the critical role personalization plays in modern customer engagement. You are an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, both to educate and to create innovative and effective customer engagement strategies.
You are also a strong leader who can inspire and develop high-performing teams. You are adept at working in an agile environment, ensuring iterative improvements and continuous delivery. Your leadership fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, empowering your team to execute effectively and drive business impact.
This role reports to our Head of Customer Journey.
